Terms of Service

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully verified through Flutterwave. Stock is reserved after payment confirmation, not while items are only in the cart.

Delivery is currently available in the United States only. Delivery fees are calculated during checkout based on the submitted state.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate delivery and contact details. If an address needs correction after checkout, contact support as soon as possible with your order reference.

Returns and refunds are handled manually. Contact mehmetjnr3@gmail.com with your order reference, item details, and the reason for the return request. Returned goods must be reviewed before stock is treated as sellable again.

Payment disputes or chargebacks may pause fulfillment while the order is reviewed.
